It's not easy to have your plumbing worked on for a week, but the crew was pleasant, polite, efficient, and understanding. They found ways to minimize the inconveniences to us, and they were also considerate of our neighbors. My husband rented a snake and tried to clear out the blockage but to no avail. Looking in the phone book I called a plumbing firm. The person arrived and after working on our lines, he proceeded to let us know that the only way to fix our problem was to install a new drain line into our house to the tune of over $9,000.00. Of course we stated that that would be out of the question. He left us with a huge bill and water still not draining. Early the next morning, I called Mr. Rooter and was greeted by cheery Joyce. She dispatched Keith Buoy and the fun began! [click here for more]
