Mr. Rooter® Trenchless Sewer Line Repair Pleasant Valley
When your sewer lines are not functioning properly you need a quality and experienced plumber immediately! A leading cause for sewer line breakdown is tree roots. As trees grow, their root system expands to provide a more stable foundation for the tree to thrive on. Often times those tree roots will begin to encroach on sewer systems by growing into the pipe and expanding over time until they are fully blocking the pipe causing a major problem. Sometimes, a trees root system can even cause sewer pipes to burst creating a sewer line leak, which can be disastrous.
At Mr. Rooter® Plumbing of Pleasant Valley we recognize how overwhelming sewer line malfunctions can be and are sensitive to the fact that the repair can be quite disruptive. For this reason, we specialize in trenchless sewer line repair, the only method of sewer line repair that will not cause lasting damage to your yard, landscaping, driveway, or walkway. In the past, repairing a sewer line necessitated the use of a backhoe to dig up the ground in order to gain access to your sewer line. Once the problem was located and repaired, the earth and lawn was replaced and left to – hopefully – grow back. Sometimes, depending on the routing of the sewer line, it was necessary to dig up the driveway or surrounding landscaping, leaving the homeowner with additional expenses and headache. With the trenchless sewer line repair offered by Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Pleasant Valley, your yard and landscaping will be minimally impacted.
The professional plumbing team at Mr. Rooter of Pleasant Valley have been specially trained in the proper trenchless sewer line repair techniques and have gained the experience necessary to perform this service seamlessly. We have the highest-quality tools and equipment and will perform your repair with courteous and skill.
There are two methods of trenchless sewer line repair that might be used; pipe replacement and pipe relining. If it is decided that pipe relining is the method most suited to your particular situation our professional plumbing team will feed a lining material into the sewer line and follow it with a tube that is inflated once in the pipe in an effort to press and adhere the lining material to the inside of the existing pipe. Once the material is dry and secured in place, the tube is deflated and removed, leaving the sewer line repaired and intact.
If the sewer pipe needs to be replaced we will insert a new pipe into the existing pipe and break the old pipe as we go. Once the new pipe is in place we connect the system at the insertions points and your new sewer line is ready for use.
