“Put a load of wash in and started cleaning. Went downstairs to put laundry in dryer and got the surprise of my life! My basement was flooded. OK what to do? Put laundry in dryer and called neighbor to see if he had a shop vac. He did and we worked on the carpets as best we could. Not good enough. I called my brother he recommended Mr. Rooter, who he has used in the past. I was greeted by a girl who was extremely pleasant and listened to my story. She said she would call the person on duty and see when he could come over. He had two appointments before me and came as soon as he could. His name is Greg Smith, Jr. and I must commend him for a fabulous job! I mean that sincerely. He looked over the problem, brought all of his tools in and started working. He was non-stop! I have never seen anyone work like he did. The job took two hours and he was the nicest, extremely friendly and unbelievably knowledgeable person! You can be so proud of him. I've never dealt with Mr. Rooter before but I can assure you that if by chance I would need help, you would be the first to receive a call! I also will tell all my friends about you and your technicians and recommend they call you. Greg was truly a life savor and I wish him all the best - he certainly deserves it!”
