Jeremy West, a Portland native, leads our Field Operations and brings more than 22 years of experience in the plumbing trade. He was drawn to the work because every day brings a new problem to solve, something new to learn, and another opportunity to help someone. Jeremy also enjoys building strong teams and relationships along the way. He brings a lot of energy to the job and treats every project with the same care and effort he would put into his own home. Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys working out, backpack camping, and spending time with his family.

Joe West is our Underground Supervisor with 10 years of experience and deep roots in Portland, OR. His interest in heavy equipment first drew him to the trade, and over time he found that he also really enjoys leading and teaching others. Joe takes a detailed approach to every project and puts a lot of effort into making sure the work is done right. He values clear communication with customers and takes pride in helping his team grow along the way. Outside of work, Joe enjoys cooking, especially when he gets to share it with friends and family.

Kevin Hauge is our Vancouver Branch Manager and brings 11 years of experience in the plumbing industry. A Vancouver native, he enjoys solving tough problems and helping customers feel confident about the work being done in their home. Kevin believes in being honest, straightforward, and following through from start to finish. Outside of work, he spends as much time as he can outdoors, hiking, camping, and exploring the Pacific Northwest.

With 23 years in the field, Journeyman Plumber Brian Buelt brings deep experience and a Hillsboro, OR background. Brian is proud of projects like installing a commercial water line that served 10 mobile homes. His style is honest, clear, and upfront. When you meet Brian, expect a seasoned professional focused on getting the job done right.

Joel Rand is an Underground Crew Leader with 4 years of experience who grew up in Portland. He got into the trade because he was curious about how plumbing systems work and liked the idea of building a career around helping people. Joel brings a kind, steady approach to the job and works hard to keep things moving efficiently while making sure customers feel informed along the way. Outside of work, he has a pretty unique hobby: beekeeping!

David Koser is an Underground Technician from Gresham, OR, who joined the trade in early 2025. He enjoys being part of a strong team and takes a lot of pride in seeing a tough job come together and a customer happy with the result. David brings a positive, can-do attitude to his work and isn’t afraid of a challenge. He works hard, keeps the jobsite clean, and stays focused on finding solutions that will hold up over time.

Underground Technician Cristian Chaparro brings 2 years of experience and a Gresham upbringing. He values teamwork, clear communication, and the lasting impact of the work his crew completes. Cristian is patient, easygoing, and confident when explaining what needs to be done. In his free time, he enjoys cooking and learning new skills.

Atreyu Sondergaard has spent the past 4 years building his career in plumbing, but for him, the job has always been about the people he gets to help. Growing up in Stevenson, WA, Atreyu learned the value of looking out for those around him, and he brings that same mindset to every customer’s home. He’s friendly, easy to talk to, and believes a service visit should feel personal, not transactional. When he’s not working, Atreyu enjoys spending time working on cars.

Colby Leonard is a Residential Service Plumber with 4 years of experience who grew up in Portland. He chose the trade to work with tools, stay active outdoors, and help people in real moments of need. Colby enjoys the challenge of rain drains and the satisfaction of restoring comfort. His approach is to understand expectations, communicate clearly, and deliver work that earns confidence. Away from the job, he spends time with his kids, goes fishing, follows all sports.

Michael Lindsey is a Journeyman Plumber with 40 years of experience who grew up in Clarkston, Washington. He found his calling after starting as an auto mechanic and has stayed for the satisfaction of helping homeowners and teaching the next generation. Michael enjoys training apprentices and has deep experience with water service replacement. A favorite story involves replacing a water line for a homeowner who kept a zebra, whom he later married. Customers can expect clear explanations, honest options, and solutions built to last. Off the clock, he enjoys horse camping in the mountains.

Terry Drake is an Apprentice Plumber with 2 years of experience who grew up in Vancouver, WA. He especially enjoys water heater installs and values serving the community. A memorable moment was discovering that half a home was still tied into an abandoned septic tank after 10 years. Expect clear options, tidy setups, and respectful service. Off the clock, he is a dedicated softball and baseball dad.

Jacob Costa is a Plumbing Trainee from Camas, WA, with 2 years of experience in the trade. He chose plumbing because he wanted a career where he could serve his community and help make stressful situations a little easier for people. Jacob brings a kind, professional attitude to each visit and takes pride in doing careful, quality work. He keeps communication clear and stays focused on finding the right solution for the customer. Outside of work, Jacob enjoys welding in his free time.

David Slobodyanyuk is a Plumbing Trainee from Vancouver, WA, who got into the trade because he wanted a career where the work truly matters. He enjoys helping people through stressful situations and takes the time to make sure they understand what’s happening along the way. David is patient, thoughtful, and focused on doing the job right while leaving the space cleaner than he found it. Outside of work, he keeps freshwater fish and enjoys just about anything automotive.
