Highly recommend. Problem - very old house and sewer pipes, backing up into the cellar. Awful! I have only good things to say about about Mr. R's staff, beginning with Johnwayne who did the analysis, explained the procedures and estimated the cost. I viewed the video about six times....fascinating. The job was extensive but Duncan and Tim did a great job. They explained everything in detail, listened to my concerns and were very cooperative. They also provided great 'after care' - delivering stone when the ground settled, etc. I don't think this is an unusual job, but I feel I received unusually good service. And if that wasn't enough, it was a pleasure talking with Stephanie in the office who was both professional and friendly. I feel compelled to write this recommendation because it's rare to receive such outstanding service from each individual on a team like this. Thanks so much.

I called in sub zero weather because I had a leak 9am by 12p Matt had showed up after a call letting me know he was on his way and spent a couple hours to fix my leak. Really professional down to earth guy. I will have him back in the spring as there is more work I would like done.
