Alex was so great and so helpful! He came over last minute on a Saturday without an extra weekend fee, fixed both of our clogged showers, found and fixed a leak under our bathroom sink, and even gave us a heads up for the future that we should never let anyone snake our toilet because the waste pipe is lead, which is really soft! That will definitely save us from future disaster! He was also very sweet to our pets, very efficient, very queer-friendly, and was able to give us a senior discount for my mother in law.
