Rose has been on the Customer Loyalty Team for over 10-years and is a master at dispatching. She takes customer service requests and sends drain cleaning professionals and licensed journeyman plumbers to jobs based on the type of service and expertise required. Based on the customer's location, her goal is to get the most qualified technician to the customer's home or business in the most efficient way possible.
