Jeremy West, a Portland native, leads our Field Operations and brings more than 22 years of experience in the plumbing trade. He was drawn to the work because every day brings a new problem to solve, something new to learn, and another opportunity to help someone. Jeremy also enjoys building strong teams and relationships along the way. He brings a lot of energy to the job and treats every project with the same care and effort he would put into his own home. Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys working out, backpack camping, and spending time with his family.

Joe West is our Underground Supervisor with 10 years of experience and deep roots in Portland, OR. His interest in heavy equipment first drew him to the trade, and over time he found that he also really enjoys leading and teaching others. Joe takes a detailed approach to every project and puts a lot of effort into making sure the work is done right. He values clear communication with customers and takes pride in helping his team grow along the way. Outside of work, Joe enjoys cooking, especially when he gets to share it with friends and family.

With 23 years in the field, Journeyman Plumber Brian Buelt brings deep experience and a Hillsboro, OR background. Brian is proud of projects like installing a commercial water line that served 10 mobile homes. His style is honest, clear, and upfront. When you meet Brian, expect a seasoned professional focused on getting the job done right.

Joel Rand is an Underground Crew Leader with 4 years of experience who grew up in Portland. He got into the trade because he was curious about how plumbing systems work and liked the idea of building a career around helping people. Joel brings a kind, steady approach to the job and works hard to keep things moving efficiently while making sure customers feel informed along the way. Outside of work, he has a pretty unique hobby: beekeeping!

David Koser is an Underground Technician from Gresham, OR, who joined the trade in early 2025. He enjoys being part of a strong team and takes a lot of pride in seeing a tough job come together and a customer happy with the result. David brings a positive, can-do attitude to his work and isn’t afraid of a challenge. He works hard, keeps the jobsite clean, and stays focused on finding solutions that will hold up over time.

Underground Technician Cristian Chaparro brings 2 years of experience and a Gresham upbringing. He values teamwork, clear communication, and the lasting impact of the work his crew completes. Cristian is patient, easygoing, and confident when explaining what needs to be done. In his free time, he enjoys cooking and learning new skills.

Alex Vargas is a Drain Technician with 4 years of experience and a background in restaurant management, so taking care of people comes naturally to him. He grew up in San Francisco and made the move into plumbing because he wanted a more hands-on career where he could solve problems every day. One of his most memorable calls was clearing a main line just before a wedding party, helping keep a stressful situation from derailing the celebration. Alex is friendly, easy to talk to, and focused on making the process simple for customers. In his free time, he plays the violin.

Blair Leonard, a Gresham native, is a Drain Technician with 4 years of experience and a hands-on approach to helping people. He enjoys figuring out what’s going on, talking customers through their options, and making sure they feel comfortable with the work being done. Blair takes pride in finding long-term solutions and keeping the process clear from start to finish. Outside of work, he enjoys working on cars, usually with his kids nearby and eager to lend a hand.

Chris Moore is a Portland native with 18 years of experience in the plumbing trade. He enjoys helping people through stressful situations and finding solutions that get things back to normal. Over the years, Chris has handled plenty of memorable calls, including retrieving an engagement ring from a sixth-floor bathtub drain. He brings a calm, friendly approach to the job and takes pride in making customers feel comfortable throughout the process. Outside of work, Chris enjoys basketball and has even earned multiple rec-league MVP awards.

Dillon Anderson is our Portland Branch Manager and has been in the plumbing trade for 11 years. He grew up in Molalla, OR, and got his start after his brother referred him to Mr. Rooter. What began as a career opportunity turned into something he genuinely enjoys, especially helping others grow in the trade. Dillon believes good service starts with clear communication, education, and giving customers options they can feel confident about. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, whether they’re camping, traveling, heading to the mountain, or just relaxing at home.

George Curtis is our Field Supervisor with 10 years of experience and deep Portland roots. His wife encouraged him to get into the trades, and he quickly found that plumbing was a great fit for two things he genuinely enjoys: solving problems and helping people. George brings a lot of empathy to the job and knows that plumbing issues can be stressful, so he works hard to make the experience feel more manageable. Outside of work, he’s a homebody who enjoys movie nights, helping with homework, and spending time with his wife and three boys.

Gianni Olivo is a Portland native with 11 years in the plumbing trade. He chose this career as a way to support his family while doing work that makes a real difference for people in his community. Gianni enjoys being able to step into a stressful situation, figure out what needs to be done, and help get things back on track. He brings a positive, can-do attitude to every job and is easygoing with customers along the way. Outside of work, Gianni enjoys trying new recipes at home and relaxing with a good cigar.

Greg Bauer is a Journeyman Plumber with 7 years of experience who grew up in Jackson, California. He enjoys getting to know customers, helping them through stressful situations, and making sure they feel good about the work being done in their home. Greg believes in being upfront, listening closely, and giving people clear options so they can make the right decision for themselves. Outside of work, he is an Army veteran, stays involved in behavioral health, and enjoys coaching youth sports in the Gladstone community.

Jason Messier is an Apprentice Plumber with 2 years of experience who grew up in Tampa, FL. He got into plumbing because he saw a real need for the trade and liked the idea of building a career around helping people. Jason keeps things straightforward, listens closely, and works hard to make sure customers feel taken care of. He brings an attentive, dependable approach to each visit and believes in giving honest guidance without overcomplicating the process.

Jeremy Hicks is a Journeyman Plumber with 8 years of experience who grew up in West Linn. He chose the trade to provide for his family and for the challenge of hands-on problem solving. Jeremy enjoys tackling complex issues and seeing new challenges through to a clean finish. His approach centers on great customer service, clear communication, and thorough, proper workmanship. After hours, he enjoys cooking and exploring nature.

Nicholas Bobo is a Journeyman Plumber with 13 years of experience who grew up in Cave Junction, Oregon. He was drawn to plumbing because he wanted a career that was useful to people and gave him the chance to solve real problems every day. Nicholas is honest, kind, and likes taking the time to explain what’s going on so customers can feel comfortable making the right decision for their home. He takes a lot of pride in doing the job right. Outside of work, Nicholas enjoys smoking meats, cooking, and getting lost in a good book.

Ric Catlin is a Journeyman Plumber with 12 years of experience who grew up in The Dalles. He chose the trade to help people and solve problems, and he finds customer satisfaction the most rewarding part of the job. Known for polite, attentive service and steady troubleshooting, Ric keeps communication clear and work areas tidy. After hours, he enjoys riding motorcycles and listening to music.

Scottie Parks is a Water Heater & Drain Technician with 5 years of experience. Raised in St. Petersburg, FL, he enjoys diagnostic service work, from water heater issues to drainage problems, and values restoring comfort and safety for customers. A favorite memory is a water heater call where the family dog shadowed him like a site supervisor. Scottie’s style is honest, respectful, and easy to understand, with clear options and no pressure. In his free time, Scottie creates detailed charcoal portraits.

Shelby Grissom is our Field Support Supervisor with 3 years of experience who grew up in Ft. Worth, TX. He enjoys being the person behind the scenes who helps keep things organized and makes sure the team has what they need to take care of customers. From fleet maintenance to improving day-to-day shop procedures, Shelby takes pride in helping things run smoothly. He brings a positive, upbeat attitude to the job and is always ready to help where he can. Outside of work, Shelby enjoys yard projects, music trivia, and buying and selling used musical gear.

Tucker Troelstrup is a Journeyman Plumber with 11 years of experience who grew up in White, SD. He moved into the trade after handling plumbing in restaurant work and stayed for the constant problem solving and customer relationships. Tucker enjoys diagnosing issues and building long term solutions. A memorable call involved removing a water heater to rescue a cat that was stuck upside down. His style is open minded and attentive, with clear communication from start to finish. Off the clock, he is a big Nebraska college sports fan.
