“They are great for both residential and commercial projects. We had a major pipe burst at the business I work at, after hours on a weekend of course. They were the only plumber that would take the job. No one else wanted to mess with it, and even if they did, they did not have the parts available to fix the pipe. Mr. Rooter was very responsive and was out within a hour of calling. They inspected the damage and quickly determined what part they needed. Being a six inch water main that burst, repair parts were hard to come by. Especially after business hours. Luckily they had connections and were able to get the parts after hours from a supply house. Within two hours they had water restored to our large commercial building.
