From the first phone call, I was impressed, but cautiously so. I hear too often of the person or organization that provides "quality service", only to be disappointed with the service or the cost. I am pleased to report that I received that true quality service from start to finish, from the first phone call to completion of the requested work. I give my highest recommendation to Adem R., the Field Team Lead that cleared our drains this month. Adem was professional, and taught me some basic strategies for maintenance. The entire visit was finished within thirty minutes, and we had clear drains and simple plan to keep our pipes clear moving forward. Thank you, to the whole Mr. Rooter Plumbing team, for understanding what quality service is and ensuring that it is provided to the community. I know who to call with plumbing issue from here on out! I got some of the work done on the old faucet, but got stuck on not being able to complete the job. I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Virginia Beach once again, and Brian H. came out same day, not more than an hour after my call! Brian is the epitome of the terms "professionalism and customer service". It didn't take him long to remove AND install the new faucet, but he also took the time to educate me on the tools necessary to perhaps complete the work on my own in the future. I remain impressed and gratified by the service that Mr. Rooter of Virginia Beach provides our community. Sincerely, Scott Cadwell 20160116 We found we had a leak in our laundry, and feared it was coming from behind the wall where our water faucets for the washer are installed. To make matters interesting, we were doing laundry and had a guest coming over, so we need the problem analyzed and fixed quickly. Mr. Brian H. came out within 1.5 hours of placing the trouble call. I’ll say that again: It took only 1.5 hours for Brian H. to come over and immediately put our fears at ease. It was a simple (for him) fix: The main drain stack just needed snaking. In being thorough, it took about an hour for Brian to complete his analysis and perform the fix. Outstanding work, troubleshooting, and quality customer service! I’d give ten stars if I could! Had Brian come out today and he was phenomenal help. Financing options are available through Synchrony financing, a third-party lender. Mr. Rooter of Virginia Beach is not the lender and does not make credit decisions. Financing approval, rates, terms and payment schedules are determined by Synchrony financing and your credit profile. Financing is subject to credit approval. Not all applicants qualify. Terms vary based on creditworthiness. Restrictions may apply.
DONE RIGHT PROMISE
We stand by the promise to do the job right. Our independently owned franchise owners will perform services in a professional, workmanlike manner, consistent with industry standards. If you believe the job was not done right, contact your local franchise owner within 1 year and they will re-perform the services at no additional cost to you. In the event you are still not satisfied, our liability is limited as set forth below.
DISCLAIMER OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES
Because we are a services company and do not manufacture products, we only warrant their services with the “Done Right Promise.” Except as otherwise provided or where prohibited by law, we provide no further warranty as to the services and all third-party manufactured materials or goods provided or installed in connection with the services are provided without warranties by us of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our independently owned franchise owners make no representations and expressly disclaim the above warranties including any as to the reliability, quality, or performance of any third-party manufactured materials or goods or installed in connection with our services.
EXCLUSIONS
The “Done Right Promise” is subject to the following exclusions: (i) services that you request be re-performed that were not originally agreed to be performed for you; (ii) losses or inability to perform arising out of acts of nature or other force majeure event; (iii) losses or inability to perform arising from the acts or omissions of you or a third party; (vi) losses or inability to perform arising from a manufacturer’s or a product’s defects; (v) losses or inability to perform due to unforeseeable or latent defects in the premises or property; and/or (vi) services that you request be re-performed but for which you have not previously paid in full.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED SO WE CAN PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AT A REASONABLE PRICE. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED OR WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY SHALL WE, OUR FRANCHISE OWNERS, OR OUR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR CLAIM ARISING FROM INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, PRODUCT DEFECT OR FAILURE, ACTS OR OMISSIONS BY YOU OR A THIRD PARTY, LOSS OF USE, PROFITS, OR OPPORTUNITY, AND/OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE, OUR FRANCHISE OWNERS, OR OUR AGENTS HAD NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS, CLAIM, OR DAMAGES.
