We must commend Mr. Rooter Plumbing for job not only well done but very neatly, professionally and promptly. When your team first arrived on November 22, 2024 we had no idea what to expect and only hoped the efforts we put forth in trying to identify and resolve a phantom odor in our building would be the net result. Your team quickly investigated based on what we had previously done and after thorough inspection determined our main sewer vent pipe might be the culprit. After camming the pipe it was determined the old cast iron pipe which starts vertical in the basement turns horizonal in the ceiling on the first floor appears to be blocked by scale and debris. We scheduled the repairs expecting the worst. On December 4, 2024 your team arrived and began demolition of ceilings and walls on the first and second floor to gain access to the pipe. Upon thorough inspection we received confirmation that this horizontal section of pipe had long outlived its life expectancy with holes in it and clearly needed to be replaced. Your team faced challenges along the way trying to gain access to the pipe discovering walls behind walls and ceilings under ceilings but nevertheless the persevered and completed the replacement section of pipe and repair. Since they have left, we have no sense of odor emulating from the areas worked in or throughout the building and to our surprise the amount of drywall and plaster that had to be removed was much less than we initially feared. Had issues in the basement and Mr. Rooter was quick to resolve. They sent Thomas over he was on time very professional and went over the options with me, and when it came time to doing the camera work he showed me everything that was going on inside the pipe and explained what could and would happen. At the end he cleaned up what mess was there. Without doubt will be using Mr. Rooter plumbing of greater New Hampshire in the future.

The technician diagnosed the problem with my washer connections right away and was able to fix it within an hour. The replacement parts are too quality. He was very friendly, professional and competent.

Tom and Anthony were friendly and professional. They kept me in the loop while taking care of the problem at hand. After finishing, they cleaned up like they had never been there.

Thomas & Anthony showed up on time... I briefed them about what I knew about our leaking toilet. They explained the mission & the estimated cost... They performed the wax ring swap fast & efficiently. Both of them were polite & professional... They completed the job in a very timely manner... Post job clean-up was done very well... Except for the EXTREMELY high cost, ($444.44) for 1 hr of labor, I would recommend Mr Rooter for plumbing jobs.

Shane Post and Tyler were very friendly and professional. They took their time to explain everything and made sure our sewer line was cleaned .We would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter for your plumbing and drain cleaning needs. We will be having them back to do our new sewer pipes from the basement to the street. Our are burmacoat and after 65 years,they are degrading. Hopefully I can put up another great review after that job is completed. Thank you for coming to our aid. THIS IS WHAT IT LOOKED LIKE WHEN WE CALLED. OUR BASEMENT IS NOW DRY.

The technician came in the time frame that was promised. The office gave me a courtesy call about 45 minutes before the technician showed up. He was very neat and efficient. Gave me a written quote before he did any work and that is amount the bill was. Will definitely use them again when needed. Very Professional staff.
