He also pointed out other potential issues to keep an eye out for E.g. hot water heater and washer hoses. “My garbage disposal decided to start leaking I called and a technician came out the next day the technician was very polite and very helpful Unfortunately because of the cost I decided to just take the garbage disposal out I never used it anyway The job was done in less than an hour and every thing was cleaned up by the technician”
