DENVER, Colo. — August 20, 2026 — Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Colorado, proudly serving Denver, Northern Colorado and Colorado Springs, has entered a new chapter under local ownership and management. Effective April 2026, the three Colorado locations transitioned from corporate ownership within the Neighborly® family of home service brands to independently owned and operated franchises, while continuing to serve customers under the trusted Mr. Rooter Plumbing name.
The new ownership group is led by a Colorado Family with more than 100 years of combined experience in the plumbing and excavation industries. The trade has been woven into their family for generations—shaped by years of dinner-table conversations, jobsite ride-alongs and firsthand experience in what it means to serve customers and do the work the right way. Their background brings deep technical expertise, operational leadership, and a long-standing commitment to serving communities across Colorado.
