“I would definitely use them again. Hector and Joey where so wonderful and knowledgeable. Héctor made sure that we understand the process and worked with us. He made was not pushy or disrespectful. He took a video of the issue and also made sure we where satisfied. They deep cleaned all of the drawers. My kitchen was always clogged and I couldn't figure out why. But Hector figured out we needed an extreme pressure cleaner and he waited until Joey came out and in 1 day they did the job. No mess, very professional and a blessing to have in our home and fix the problem. Thank God bless you 🙏🏼”

“David was our plumber today from Mr. Rooter plumbing company. He was an awesome man, very tentative to our needs. He listened very closely to our problem. As I was explaining it to him so we could tackle the problem from the forefront. Our sewer line was plugged up because of tree roots. About 6 feet from the septic tank and we kept at it for like an hour and a 1/2 with no Avail. So then David suggested we try going through a roof vent and that worked perfect. The first time through the roof vent all the way down and it unplugged it. We were very happy and very grateful for David and all his great work. Thank you for all you have done. You helped us out a lot. I highly recommend this company to anybody reading this.”

“Both men were professional, friendly and helpful. I had another company keep promising to come for 2 days. I couldn't wait any longer so I called Mr Rooter. They gave me same day service. I got to see what REAL septic cleaning looks like. Even though I regularly had it cleaned I never saw the bottom until Mr Rooter came out and actually CLEANED the tank after pumping. I was shocked how clean it was. Totally impressed.”
