“A couple months ago we bought a new fridge. When it was delivered we were informed that the delivery company/installer wouldn’t mess with copper water lines. We contacted several plumbers and appliance repairmen who caused more confusion about who could do the job. We finally got in touch with Mr. Rooter who said they could help. Alexander Zhupha came out and attached the water line fast and efficiently. He was very knowledgeable about his work and did a great job! Highly recommended.”

“Luke was such a rockstar. The very best experience I’ve ever had with a plumber by far (and I’ve met a number of them). Luke arrived on time and immediately went to work hunting down the source of the problem for us. He was probably there for about an hour trouble shooting and explaining things to us. Ultimately he figured out that our anticipate multiple thousand dollar repiping job for a “leak” was just the hose in the backyard running… 🤦‍♀️ Luke was so kind, patient and honest throughout the entire time he was there and ultimately didn’t even charge us a PENNY for fixing our problem! “I manage several vacation rentals and I had a clogged tub. The one guest checked out at 11am i did all the troubleshooting i could and it did not work. After numerous calls to get a plumber today, I was sent Luke Vickers. He was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done. After exhausting all he could do with his equipment he ran to home depot to try one more thing, and that was the trick! He got the tub unclogged. Called Mr Rooter , the young man arrived in 30 mins on a Sunday evening ., drained the tank , removed and replaced it with an efficient new tank with new copper piping instead of the old pvc ones . “This was a most difficult job and Alex was persistent and kept looking for solution to clear a very difficult clog in a 1 and a half inch pipe. When water pressure didn’t work he went to Home depot to get a special 20 foot snake with a chain link head to break the clog.”

“Mr. Rooter Plumbing is a wonderful company!! I called this company after weeks of dealing with another company I thought was coming to repipe my water pipes. In the meantime things became extreme with the leaks. I reached out to Mr Rooter Plumbing, upon calling i spoke with a very pleasant young lady named Jersey. She had Alex and Julian out to my residents within an hour! These two young men restored my faith in getting my leaks stopped, and in such hard working, pleasant, informative, polite young people! Alex and Julian got right on the job! This job would take most companies a couple of days but these two young men worked until 200 am to complete this job and not leave us without water! They also had no fear of climbing under a mobile home and getting the repiping completed. They were extremely pleasant and kept me informed of what they were doing every step of the way. I appreciate and thank this company so much for their help and coming to my rescue. Their politeness and work ethics are outstanding.”

“(Aug-Sep 24) Updating my review to reiterate how much I appreciate the professionalism and attention to detail the techs at Mr. Rooter exhibit. No one wants to hear that their entire home needs to be re-plumbed, but the sting hurts a little less when the news is delivered with a thorough game plan. Alex and his team kept me updated each step of the way while they worked. They made sure to show me the work before & after completion, explained their process step-by-step, and patiently answered my (many) questions. Alex and his team not only gave their expertise and long hours, but true peace of mind. Their service is worth every penny. (Dec 22-Jan 23) Two days before Christmas and less than 12 hours before I was meant to board a flight, I had a major plumbing backup. Mr. Rooter was able to get to me the quickest out of the companies I called. The tech, John, was very kind, calm, cool, and collected. He was patient and thorough in his explanations to my questions. He returned to the house while I was away to complete all necessary repairs, and I knew I didn’t have to worry at all about the quality of work being done. John managed to resolve all the plumbing issues I had since I purchased my home 1.5 years prior. I had quite a few plumbers look at the problems I was having before this incident, but John was the only person with answers. I had sustained moderate water damage and he recommended an incredible contractor to me for repairs. Next time I have to call a plumber, it will definitely be Mr. Rooter!”
