“I called on a Monday for some issues with our water heater. Nate was out the next day and looked at our issue and quoted us a price the same day and scheduled us for service the next day. . He was professional and cared about our safety and our issues with the water heater. Service tech Jeremy was also professional and updated us on other safety concerns that needed to be addressed asap. They provided quality service and really cared about us. I appreciated being updated by the office staff when the technician was on his way so we could be prepared for their arrival . We also appreciated that they had a person who worked later hours and could come out after we got home from work. Sorry for the late night Jeremy 🙂 We will use Mr Rooter for our plumbing needs. Highly recommend.”

“I had a great experience with Mr. Rooter from the initial call to the completed job.My well water pump went out and I had no running water. It was easy to schedule an appointment and they got me on their schedule within 24 hrs of my call. Pete came out to diagnose the problem, followed by Sam who verified it and completed the work within a few hours. Pete and Sam are very knowledgeable and answered my questions without making me feel dumb. I was given an estimate with details of the parts needed and labor required without any pressure to have them do the work. They are now my go-to plumbers. 10/10 would (and already have) recommend them.”
