Definitely not the case with Mr. Rooter. Our tech, Robbie, really knows his business!!!! Upon arrival, Robbie was quick to "put out the Mat" and "put on the shoe covers" :-) :-) He listened to our drainage problem, ran a few tests, then explained what he believed was the issue, he answered several questions we asked, then gave us the written estimate for repair. That quick, that simple and FREE. No pressure, no scare tactic.
We chose to have the service completed (snake the main Sewage line). Robbie made a few trips to his vehicle to gather the all the tools needed and got right to work. He patiently answered additional general plumbing questions, (while working), and quickly resolved the issue.
