“Wanted to give a shout out to Jordan. In short, we had serious drain clog, and we were given a price up front. Jordan tried everything (3 different size snakes). Nothing seemed to work. He said he had to come back and do additional work for more cost. Jordan came out next day to finish, only to find out what he did the day before worked. He didn't push us to have additional work done, verified we were looking good, and didn't charge us to come back out. I welcome the honesty and I believe Jordan was really concerned with getting us fixed. Quick mention about the customer service representative - she also was extremely helpful!”
