Turned into a bad weekend when I found water in the sewer. Called Mr. Rooter and they sent out Jourdan and Patrick. They got everything cleared out in bathroom and did the main too. They didn’t stop till it was done and explained everything and watched it on their camera. Cleaned up everything. So happy with what they did and I will call again if needed in future. I highly recommend them! Thank you so much and I got my toilet in that night (so much for a easy job 😆)

We have not had good experiences with plumbers in the past (felt like they were trying to take advantage or just unresponsive in emergency situations), so it was refreshing to have a company that made the process as simple and painless as possible. Ronnie was awesome – thoroughly explained each step of the job and made sure everything was functioning properly before leaving. He arrived when he said he would, cleaned up his work area, and was super friendly. The little things matter! Would definitely use Mr. Rooter again!!
