Spencer Ferguson: One of the things that the franchise offers is a system of business and that’s what sets us apart, I believe, from other companies. We follow the system that Mr. Rooter has given us. Following those steps is what allows us to offer that supreme, excellent customer service; a service that is above and exceeds expectations of our customers. As long as we follow that system and take care of our customers, we think that’s going to help us be successful here and help us to be the plumber of choice in our area.
Steve & Sandy Ferguson: The make-up of our business is about 25% commercial and 75% residential, and we’ve been blessed to have some amazing customers who put their trust in us; commercial customers that may be out of operation because of a plumbing issue and we respond. And they stick with us and continue to call us back and are loyal to us. We appreciate that.
We want to thank our customers their loyalty, for putting their trust in us for these past 35 years, and we are excited that Spencer is going forward to serve them as well.

What a great asset to our company. Melody has been with us for 4 years. She can deal with any problem the customers or technicians can deal out! She does an amazing job (which we really came to appreciate while she was off on maternity leave!) Melody received the Employee of the Year Award in 2013. She is thrilled to have three men in her life, her husband and two young sons! Melody enjoys going on road-trips, traveling, camping, shopping, swimming with the family, knitting, jet-skiing, and dancing with her “dumplings” (they love music!) But she most of all loves spending time with her husband and 2 loves!
She is a great addition to our Mr. Rooter Plumbing Team. Diana always has a smile on her face, is enthusiastic and all our employees and customers love her. She is the proud mother of two awesome daughters who she loves very much! She is active in her church and puts her talents to good use there as a “Family History Consultant”. She enjoys cooking, hanging out with her daughters, taking her 4 Chihuahuas for walks and loves living in the San Francisco Bay Area.
