Advantage Gold Plan Options

  • GOOD $139/year for any one service
  • BETTER $249/year for any two services
  • BEST $359/year for all services

Plans include the above benefits and choice of below services:

HVAC

  • Twice yearly or two visits if heating only (Spring and Fall) - Total Comfort Diagnosis.
  • Thorough analysis of motors, electrical, and refrigerant systems.
  • Thermostat, air filters, and ductwork evaluation to ensure optimal performance and comfort.
  • Safety components and control testing to verify operational condition.

Plumbing

  • Water heater drain and flush, proper drain valve required.
  • Video inspection of sewer line, proper access required.
  • Mr. Rooter BioChoiceES treatment of all drains.
  • Plumbing checkup.
  • Inspection of septic system, proper access required.
  • Clean effluent filter, proper access required.

Water Quality

  • RO system filter replacement and sanitation.
  • Total dissolvable solids testing.
  • Water hardness testing.
  • Water pressure testing.
  • Doesn’t include membrane replacement, which should be replaced every three years.

*Service on additional systems is an extra $109 per system.
