In 1988, Tim Roth began working for a commercial plumbing company, Roper Plumbing. After twenty-two years of success in the family business, Mr. Rooter Plumbing contacted him about starting a residential/commercial plumbing service company. Though skeptical at first, he and his wife attended a one-day orientation in Waco, TX for franchise recruits.

The experience evaporated his reluctance and intrigued him enough to convince his lovely wife, Robyn, to accompany him on another venture to Texas at Mr. Rooter headquarters. At the end of that first day, both knew they wanted to be a part of the Mr. Rooter family and become an active member in August of 2009.

Tim and Robyn’s heart of service has established an efficacious company dedicated to “creating extraordinary customer experiences.” Their desire to give back to the community has developed a strong and effective team of 21 members. Following a Code of Values and applying several other team-building procedures, the Mr. Rooter of Yavapai and Coconino counties is a team of service-oriented individuals prepared to provide excellent customer service.

After four years in the business, Tim now understands the meaning of true success. He has experienced the accomplishment of being able to give back to the community. Owners Tim and Robyn Roth believe that training and state of the art equipment are essential in providing the customer with best care possible, so they have the both the most well-trained staff and paramount equipment to deliver quality service.

The Roth’s have been blessed with four children, three boys and a girl, who are all active members of the business even as grade schoolers. They firmly believe in giving back to the community and donate to a number of charities, including St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, local Little League teams, Bread of Life Missions, Old Town Mission, Adopt A Family Program, and AZ Jr. Rodeo Association among many others. Tim and Robyn Roth are dedicated to The Lord, their family, and the Mr. Rooter team.
