Very informative and worked very hard to solve the problem

I was extremely pleased with the service, and the crew that came out to do major repairs on a sewer line blockage. The first day the crew was Caydin, William, Brad and Bruce. They were here for over 6 hours to get the problem resolved. They removed the toilet, then jack hammered through 8 inches of concrete, the had to remove 2' x 2' x 2' of dirt and sand to get to the sewer. The problem was more complicated , so Bruce came to run the video camera to see where the secondary main problem was. After assessing the situation the crew put the sand and dirt back and then put new concrete down. The following day Laurence and Travis came back to put the toilet back on. After that they then had to go into the kitchen and completely remove a 3'x4' section of vinyl flooring, then jack hammer through masses of concrete and tunnel through a ton of dirt and sand to get the sewer line, which was at least 3 feet plus down and then tunnel through to the sewer line. These two young men had to spend over 10 hours to get to the major sewer problem and then fix it. No breaks at all. All these men were polite, hard working, well mannered and cleaned up a huge mess, due to the kind of work it was. Laurence and Travis went above and beyond to get the job completed. I would recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone who has any problems with plumbing or sewer problems! I found them very trustworthy, up front and honest!

Called Roto Rooter for help on plugged drain pipe from washer. Jimmie came and assessed the problem quickly. Corrected the problem and fixed everything. Took little time and we are good to go. Excellent man for job and so helpful!! So glad we called Roto Rooter and will do so next time their is a problem too!!
