“Had a plumbing emergency situation arise just before having to leave town. We called Mr. Rooter. We explained the situation and the the individual who answered the phone got a service technician to call us back immediately. Mike Siringer, our service tech, made it across town in record time, assessed the situation, told us what needed to be done upon our return to Tucson, and was very courteous and professional. We can't say enough about the service we received. A great big thank you to all the Mr. Rooter staff and especially Mike Siringer.”

“Mr. Rooter Plumbing Tucson just installed a completely new sewer in my 77 year old home. I contacted several plumbing companies that I had used in the past and the 2 that were willing to discuss price confirmed that the cost fell within an acceptable range for the size of the job. I found the company overall to be professional, responsive, and willing/able to answer questions. However, top kudos goes to Luis, the technician assigned to my project. Luis was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, responsive, unfailingly pleasant regardless of what unexpected obstacles arose, and most of all incredibly hardworking. He went out of his way to make things as convenient for me as possible. (quite a fete considering the scope of the work) He never left without explaining what he had accomplished that day, what time I could expect him the next morning, and what he would be doing that day. Mr. Rooter is lucky to have him! Given the age of my home, I have had plenty of experience with various plumbing companies in Tucson and I am definitely most impressed with Luis and Mr. Rooter. I would highly recommend them to anyone.”

“Called at 7:30 in the morning, and someone showed up within the hour. Snaked the toilet, seemed to fix it, but i ran into trouble about 2 hours after they left. Called back. Fantastic customer service. Couldn't be nicer and the same worker returned with his manager within 15 minutes because they were still in the area. Turned out we needed a new toilet because this one was 30 years old. They immediately removed our old one, went out and bought a new one and installed it, without any time lapse. It isn't possible to get better customer service or a solution to a problem.”
