The issue was very quickly resolved. They were responsive and within a few minutes resolved the issue which was due to a landscaper putting a trap valve in backwards.

Mr Rooter showed up in a timmer manner on a Friday night for my emergency plumbing needs. Trevor was amazing and so helpful at helping us understand what we needed to get our problem resolved quickly. Thank you. Jacob and Trevor came back the next day and checked out my pipes using their camera. Both of these guys were so great at explaining what we need to do and with their help I am getting a clean out installed and my pipes cleaned. Our sewer line was plugged up and after Mr. Rooter was contacted they were here within an hour. Chris was very polite and respectful and had the line cleared in about 30 minutes. Definitely recommend Mr. Rooter.
