“Bottom line: I highly recommend Luigi Crisa from Mr. Rooter Plumbing and will only use his services. Now the story. Had a problem at 5:30pm and thought because it was after hours that he would not be available or if he was available that it would be very expensive. I was completely wrong. He was on his way home and said it was no problem to come to my home. He arrived within minutes of his promised arrival time. He fixed the problem quickly and told me how it would reoccur again and how I could avoid the problem. I didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me anything. I felt like he was informing me so I could understand why the problem happened and how I could avoid it in the future. He said my pipes under the house were put on incorrect. Guess what? He was right. After he left, I checked the pipes. He said there was a place that catches paper etc and prone to clogging. I easily found it, google it, and confirmed his assessment. His rates were very reasonable. I felt like I should have paid him more since my reduced stress and worry is worth a lot! He had professional behavior, super clean, honest, and as bonus he was really nice! This was my third experience with his company and I can honestly say that all three experiences resulted in happiness from his excellent services.”

“I cannot tell you how relieved I was recently to see on a Sunday night the professionals from Mr. Rooter— not a mistake yes, I wrote night. It was after 7 PM in January. In the dark they ran the snake rooter to relieve a backup that was severe enough to back up sewage into both toilets and both showers. I had worked with the insurance company’s representative since Friday morning and still had no visit AND no sewer waste outlet 48 hours later. Mr. Rooter performed the work quickly and effectively and also provided a camera review of the line to determine the reason for the recurring problem. As it turns out, the problem was multiple breaks in a sewer line constructed of Orangeburg pipe that allowed tree roots to enter and even to collapse in some spots. This wasn’t something Mr. Rooter professional reported to me or “hearsay.” We stood together and looked at the line as the camera snaked its way through the line. While we ultimately chose not to undertake the work of fixing it at this time, I was particularly appreciative of the comprehensive review provided—before, during and after the problem was addressed. “Good afternoon, As me and Mr. Rooter spoke I told him what was going on. He told me where the blockage was, he said he would snake it, the tub drained. When he was done, then he told me to turn on the washer again. I did a little backed up again, he said he didn't want to leave, until he knew the blockage was gone so he snaked it again and ever since he did it the problem is gone! I can do laundry, and no back ups, thank you for helping me, if I ever need you guys again most definitely I will call.”
