via Google★ ★ ★ ★ ★☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Sewer backed up (again as it has done a few times over several years). Contacted Mr. Rotor and they sent a Tech out that afternoon for a free evaluation. After discussing the problem, I decided to let Dodge the Tech find the source of the problem. Turned out system was improperly installed and had a low spot that completely backed up as shown to me by their camera. Decided to let Dodge dig up 20 feet of the line he identified as the problem area. It was a total mess with one section actually separating from not being glue. Long story short, Dodge replaced the entire section and I now have a system I am confident that I will not have anymore problems with.

Come to find out we needed a high volume faucet at 13 gallons per minute rather than a 1.2 gallons per minute that was originally replaced last year during the upgrade. My wife had back surgery so she couldn’t use the tub for a while so we saved up the money to purchase and install a new one while she recovered. Now she is better and ready for the tub so we called Mr. Rooter. Clay was very helpful in installing new faucet and making sure we had right roman tub faucet installed this time. The whole process was professional and courteous. Thanks for a great job. My wife loves having her jacuzzi tub back in operation.
