Fantastic Service from Dante, very quick friendly and efficient

I’ve only written two detailed reviews before this one, but I do read reviews before I use any type of service. We called Root-rooter on Friday afternoon, and they sent a plumber within less than 2 hours. Our plumber was very friendly, and he worked fast and efficiently. He also cleaned any debris after finishing the job. Before starting he informed us that he’d have to cut into the dry wall and that the repair to the wall would not be included. We knew this would not be part of his job, and that it was going to be repaired by our homeowner’s insurance claim. I’m not only mentioning this because he showed us such curtesy and professionalism in telling us this, but also because I’ve seen several reviews on here that take stars off of their ratings because the drywall repair isn’t covered. Drywall repair isn’t part of a plumber’s job. They are there to fix any plumbing issues you may have, and an insurance claim should remedy the rest. Just be sure to inform your insurance before you have anyone cut into the wall. If your insurance doesn’t cover the repair you will be responsible for that repair. That being said, with any repair being done to your home make sure you ask what is included in the repair to save yourself from any surprises.

I had plumbing issues and Mr. Rooter plumbing came out in less than 1 hour. Jaime M. came out and was amazing. Very friendly and helpful and explained everything. Would totally refer this company. Thank you!
