Instead I talked to a human, who transferred me to an expert. Harold listened to my concerns, then gave me 3 options of availability times. He called 20 minutes before the the appointment to tell me he was on the way. He was on time and explained exactly what he would be doing and was so organized and kept his work space super clean. After he finished, he told us all about our new toilets and what was different from the old ones. Very knowledgeable and seems to enjoy his work.

Harold called to let me know he was running behind schedule which I appreciated very much. Once he arrived, he quickly assessed my problem and within 30 minutes or less, he was done. Overall, I highly recommend their services to anyone who is looking for a fast, honest, and reasonably priced plumbing services.
