The main line suddenly backed up, perhaps too much holiday cooking and grease going down the drain. Tayvon (sorry if misspelled) showed up with a smile on his face and fixed the issue in less than an hour. Enjoyed our conversation and his professionalism, I’m a very, very happy customer!

I appreciate the effort you gave my to make sure that I won't have any more problems with my sewer and still ended up saving me a lot of money by putting it liner into the part that goes under the street. The other guys wanted to dig up the street which wood have icost me 10 times more. If not for you that's what I would have ended up paying. You replaced everything that needed replacing where they didn't have to diging up the street and saving me a bundle and still doing a good jod.

Got a flyer and decided to give Mr. Rooter a try for an estimate to replace n install multiple faucets a few weeks ago. Lael and Jamie came out. Great guys, professional and personable. Having pros do it can be pricey however, working all week and if run into unseen issues, better to have pros there. Had the $$ to go ahead. Scheduled for this week. Lael and Jamie were great. Not sure if I will get one of them for job, but hope so. UPDATE 12/04/2024: Today Jamie n Lael came to install new kitchen faucet and 2 bathroom faucets and new grid drains. They navigated the oddities of what the builders did and got everything in smooth. Got some knowledge about how our specific lines were installed under sinks, how they function and what issues to look for. We have a pipe on roof that is capped that is a vent to sink area, shouldn't be capped. Could be the reason drains are getting stinky due to lack of air. Will have that checked. Replacing faucets takes time as you never know what you will find and what is needed till you get under there. It cost a bit, but worth it to have the pros with experience do it, and be able to fix any issues that come up. Jamie and Lael are great guys, did good work and shared knowledge. Very satisfied.

Cody came and rescued us on a Sunday! Somehow Mom's dentures got flushed and Cody came out and had to pull the toilet and found the dentures smiling back at him when he laid the toilet on it's side. Thanks Cody for taking care of us!
