“Eagle and David came to our house after a pipe leak that sent us in a frenzy. Just bought our house and found out creative plumbing throughout our house was causing corroded pipes as copper and steel were used interchangeably by previous owners. Mr Rooter arrived within the hour and were able to patch the initial problem and spoke to us about the overall problem of our plumbing. They were very upfront and clear on the services, they recommended a non-metal pipe that had a 10 yr warranty on it and literally came the next day to redo our entire plumbing. We had shut off valves behind appliances that were basically useless in the event we needed to shut off the water so they worked to make everything accessible. They were also very conscientious about limiting any holes that would need to be punched into the walls. They went through the kitchen wall within the cabinets rather than going through the tiled wall in my bathroom (that is located on the other side of the kitchen) and really did the best they could to aesthetically keep my house intact as they installed plumbing throughout it. Both guys were very professional, extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate the service, the workers and Mr Rooter for having quality people at the front line. I absolutely will recommend Mr Rooter to friends and family in need of plumbing services. Heartfelt thanks for making something unexpected and stressful easier on us!”
