“Bathtub was clogged from day home was purchased. Finally, I called for help. Josh came out and fixed it and told me how to avoid the problem in the future. He had put in the water heater & explained it needed servicing every 6 months. Then I went item by item of other problems. Everything in the house was messed up. He told me what he could do to fix each one by one. What I had thought was a cigarette burn in the tub turned out to be a poorly repaired crack. I’ll be getting a new tub soon.”

“Mr Rooter was the plumbing company who contracted with my home warranty company. My water heater started leaking on a Friday & after some back & forth phone calls with the dispatcher a plumber did show & determined I needed a new hot water heater—which was installed on Monday morning.
