What Is Trenchless Sewer Line Repair?
Traditional sewer line repair and replacement requires a professional to dig long, deep trenches throughout your yard. This can destroy your lawn, garden, patio, and landscaping. It takes longer and is often more expensive as it requires more labor. Residential trenchless sewer line repair is a method that allows us to repair or replace your pipes without causing destruction. We won’t need to dig up your yard or remove portions of your floor, wall, foundation, or cabinetry to get to your pipes. Instead, we utilize a plumbing video camera inspection, and then recommend one of these trenchless sewer line repairs:
- Drain Cleaning & Rooter Work – If your sewer line issue is caused by a clog or tree root intrusion, we’ll use an enzymatic drain cleaner and a drain rooter to break apart the clog.
- Hydro Jetting Services – For clogs deep within your sewer line, we’ll use hydro jetting services. We use highly pressurized water jets to blast apart stubborn clogs. Hydrojetting can remove decades of build-up in your sewer line. The debris then gets flushed down your sewer line into the city’s sewer system.
- Pipe Relining – If your sewer line has a crack, puncture, or leak, we can use our pipe relining process. We insert a quick-hardening sleeve into the pipe. As it hardens and expands, it creates a seal that repairs leaks.
- Pipe Replacement – For more serious breaks and damage, we will recommend pipe replacement. We break apart the old, damaged pipe using hydraulics. Then we guide in a new sewer pipe.
