“Since January Mr. Rooter has detected cause of sewer odor in the bathroom, replaced toilet and unclogged the toilet. They did a great job each time, but the cost was a bit high. I will consult them in the future. Debra”

“A recent power outage that kicked on our generator our tankless water heater stopped working. A couple of calls and an inperson diagnosis it was determined that the unit had a fried board. It took us many attempts to even get a company to call us back. When they did thet gave a window of four hours. Eight hours later, almost 8:00 at night they knocked on the door. They gave us an outrageous estimate. The second company we were able to agreed to come ghosted us. We finally called Mr. Rooter. Keil came out the next morning and installed the new hot water heater in less than 3 hours. If there is a next time, Mr. Rooter will be the first call.”

“We discovered a busted water main just outside our house. Mr Rooter came to inspect the job the same day, which was further complicated by the fact that they had to cut through concrete to reach the pipes. But they did so in as non-invasive manner as possible and repaired the leak the very next day. Not only that, they tidied up the job site with a rock splash - all in all, quality work.”
