“It is not a good experience when you go into your basement and sewage water is coming up through your drain. Not pleasant. My local plumber was unable to respond and recommeded Mr Rooter. David Starr showed up that afternoon and sent a camera down the line and located the problem, roots in the line. He then did a hydro flush to clear the line and now the line flows perfectly. “My dad had a leaking hot water tank and I was out of town and couldn’t come by to look. I called Mr. Rooter and they came out immediately and got it fixed. “I had a water supply line leak. I usually do all of my own work, but as I have aged, I often need help, especially when we had no water to the house. When the original supply line was installed, the irrigation spurs were not isolated from the house supply line, and roots caused a break in one of the irrigation spurs. With no way to shut off the spur, a new line was needed. Other estimates began in the $9K range, but with me doing much of the work, when Mr Rooter arrived, they performed the task for under $2K. Austin completed the job when he promised, did a great job and "rolled with the punches," when several unexpected obstacles popped up. He was very knowledgeable, worked well alone and was a pleasure to have do the work. So much so, I also had him install a whole house water filtration system, once we got water again. This time we isolated the two irrigation spurs. I recommend Mr. Rooter and Austin and will have them return if I should need further plumbing service.”
