Taylor Kelley went above and beyond expectations! He was on his way home when he got the call to come help me. Taylor showed up faster than expected within a half hour. He was very polite and professional saying he loved his job. Got the piping repaired that was snapped off and had my water back on quickly. I highly recommend calling Taylor first!

My mom was having really bad problems with her toilet backing up going into her shower. So we gave them a call knowing that they were 24 hour service they squeezed us in on a Friday night and that was our first time we got to meet Nathan, who is a wonderful, fun outgoing person who really took care of us on the emergency situation that day. After he was able to clear the blockage we paid the extra money to have a Camera go down into our sewage pipes that connect to the city pipes, to then find out that there was roots growing into our old pipes which caused the back up problem . Nathan said we have a really good underground crew that can come out and give you an estimate and basically blast the other pipes and install new ones. So we took his advice and got the estimate. The underground crew start the project about two weeks after they gave the estimate . Underground crew Shawn and David were amazing. They explained everything to us even when they were working they would stop and answer any questions we ask them. They showed up on time. This project was roughly 3 to 4 days, but one of the days we did have to have our main water off for roughly 4 hours, They give you at least 60 mins heads up before turning the water off. The same day and timeframe they told us was right on! We where up and running that evening then they come back the next morning to take a look at the pipes they installed to make sure no leaks, everything was running good. Also had to have an inspector come out, it passed with no issues. The underground crew, David, and Shawn then covered up the new pipes and came back the next morning to fix the main asphalt in the street. After that was completed the job was finished. Highly recommend this company and definitely get David and Shawn to do your underground work. Amazing people thank you guys so much. My mom is less stressed out knowing the job was done right. Also want to mention with the little machinery they have to use they respected the property. They do a really great job.

Flannery came out and answered all the questions I had about a toilet installation, and was not pushy at all to try to get me to use them to install it. I was very pleased with how kind he was and how genuine. Thank you so much, now I feel confident installing the toilet! :)
