He checked every appliance, the crawl space, and even the water meter – which was way down the road to help me find the source of the leak. He came the same day I called to request an appt and the price for service was extremely fair given the amount of time he spent. Plus the peace of mind knowing a professional was able to rule out likely causes on the same day so my bill wouldn’t be astronomical was helpful. Would highly recommend.

They always show up when they say they will, are honest if there if it’s a small fix, and state clearly with pictures for the more problematic problem with price quote up front. I was frantic to have it fixed and called Mr. Rooter about 5:45 pm. Chris had to go out and find a new shower handle setup but even with that, things were fixed within 2 hours. He was very upfront about the potential costs and what he was planning to do.
