Called Corley Plumbing (would never work with them) and they gave me a complete run around. I called Mr. Rooter at 10pm and someone was out first thing the next day. I had the pleasure of getting the best technician Mr. Josh. He was friendly, extremely polite and i had a gut feeling he knew exactly what he was talking about! I never leave Google reviews of any sort but I definitely had to say this company is AMAZING and every company should have a Josh working for them! Fantastic job, Rooter! You have a forever customer!

Very polite, mindful of my time, and communicated with me every step of the way… From letting me know what the problem was to what they were doing to fix it. They even called before being dispatched to my residence to make sure I was still going to be available for the appt. A1 service!!! 1000% would recommend to anybody and 1000% would use their services in the future. Great job guys and thanks again!

I mean, seriously, one of my kids lodged a FEW wash clothes, socks, and toys in our drain, and it ruined the toilet and shower drain. We plunged it and tried everything to tinker with it. Of course, we didn’t WANT to have to involve a professional because we didn’t know if we could afford it, but I must say that once we called Mr. Rooter and hired Josh to resolve the issue, we realized the peace of mind we have now is worth every cent. Josh worked diligently to clear the drain and make sure the clog wouldn’t occur once he left by using a camera to see through to the end of it. That’s what I would call a one and done job! I’m so thankful for this service. We had tried 3 other plumbers, and they just didn’t want to deal with it. We will be using this company for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend them. Thanks, Josh, at Mr. Rooter, you save the day!
