Joel, David, and Cris did a fantastic job fixing my broken concrete sewer line. All were professional. They came out, did minamal excavation in order to achieve a sleeve into the old concrete pipe, fixed the broken section under the garage pad, and even fixed an area that wasnt to code. We are slowly remodeling a house that's been neglected for many years. Jacob has come to our rescue twice in the last 6 months when we found ourselves out of our depth with a couple plumbing issues. He was kind, professional, upbeat, and informative. Our dog also loved him, and she is an excellent judge of character.

The technicians arrive in uniform, put covers on their boots at the door without being asked, and leave the work area clean. These details are not universal in this industry, and Mr. Rooter has delivered on all of them across every visit I have had. I have used them for a water heater replacement, a sewer repair, and 2 drain cleanings over the past 18 months. The standard has not slipped once.

First time using Mr. Rooter for a toilet that had been rocking at the base for months. Tech came out the next morning, found the flange had cracked underneath, and gave me the flat rate before any work started. The repair took about 90 minutes and everything has been solid since. Only thing I'd mention is the appointment window was a couple hours wide, but they called ahead when the tech was on his way so I wasn't just sitting around…
