I called Mike to have someone come out to make sure I did not have a tree root in my water pipes in the yard. Ryan comes out to check it out. I was surprised to see him. It has been quite a few years. So he checked the manhole cover. Then we checked the inside. (The is where Mr. Hamilton is). I would like a few. He is also a good mind reader. I was really anxious about getting this done. He had 3 different options I could chose from. SMART GUY! It did not take long at all to the job, once I decided what I wanted. (He did all of it in one day so I could see my eye doctor to prove to the DMV that I can see with 20/20 vision.) Ryan likes orange. I like GREEN myself. I hope the black circle is the Real Ryan! This for you guys that have to go out into the wild, watch out for Mama bear; she is hiding while her cubs are playing in the trees!

I had a major problem with an upstairs tub leaking through the downstairs ceiling. Mr. Rooter was recommended and after reading great reviews, called them. Ryan came out quickly, assesed the problem and explained it thoroughly. gave me a reasonable quote and scheduled the work within days. He came and did exactly when and what he said he would do. He was friendly and fast. I feel relieved to have gotten a big job done well.

There should be more than 5 stars for this company. Jake Crosby of Mr. Rooter first came to our house for a totally different issue months ago. He is as honest as the day is long, When he came out, I totally expected to have to put in a new hot water heater, he then told me, the pilot light was out, no charge. When I went to give him a tip, he did not want to take it, but I insisted. I called again in the afternoon of Friday, May 9th and Jake came at 10:30 on Saturday. We had a few different items to be taken care of which they were immediately handled. Jake called before arriving to give us the tine he would arrive and put on booties (which I did not ask him to) before entering our house. I tried to put a review out last time Jake was here, but it ended up going to a site in FL. Once again, when I tried to give him a tip, to show my appreciation, he did not want to take it, but he should by now realize, I do not take no for answer, lol. If there ever are any other plumbing issues, I would immediately contact Mr. Rooter and ask for Jake!

Jake was thorough and communicative. I appreciate that Mr Rooter charges by the job instead of by the hour. That’s a business model I support in a line of work that has the potential for curveballs than get REALLY expensive by the hour. If you need a plumber, typically never a good thing, I highly recommend Mr. Rooter. The above is a comment I left several years ago when I had a plumbing problem. Well here we are again, a new and different plumbing problem. Called Mr. Rooter, was given an appointment for the next day. Dave with Mr. Rooter arrived during the time window, offered a solution, with quote. Once I told him to go ahead, he resolved the issue to my satisfaction, explained the work and guarantee on his work. Hope I have no more plumbing problems, but when I do, I know who to call.

Excellent service! We were able to get an appointment right away. While the plumber was there, we asked him about a different problem. He was able to assess our system, identify the issue, and come back the same day to fix that as well! We had no pressure at our house for a week and Mr Rooter was the only company that could make it out to our house on Saturday. Ryan was fantastic, he explained what the reasons could be and suggested I try a couple of things first to save time and money. They came back out on the Tuesday and found and fixed the problem in a couple of hours. Ryan was on time, very thorough and got us back up and running within a couple of hours.
