I had another plumbing company here twice for the same problem and they really said, “That’s weird, I don’t know why it keeps happening.” Cody from Mr. Rooter came out quickly, worked on the line until it was completely unblocked, showed me the problem on the camera, and gave me all of the information and estimates of what needs to be done to fix the problem. He also informed me that there’s a lifetime warranty on any work they perform on the repair. Absolutely efficient, professional, and knowledgeable and I would recommend Cody and Mr. Rooter to anyone.
