How We Conduct Our Plumbing Home Inspections
We start with a visual assessment when we arrive at your home for a plumbing home inspection. We will walk through your home and around the exterior, checking all visible pipes, faucets, water valves, spigots, drains, caulking, and other plumbing elements. We will look for any signs of damage, including cracks, gaps, warping, leaks, condensation, or mold. Next, we’ll use our state-of-the-art plumbing inspection camera to look inside your drains and pipes. Our plumbing camera is attached to a cable that can extend hundreds of feet into your plumbing. We will look for signs of clogs, tree root intrusion, cracks or punctures, leaks, corrosion, insects or rodents, and other damage. We’ll provide a professional plumbing diagnosis when our plumbing inspection is complete. We can then recommend plumbing maintenance, plumbing repairs, plumbing replacement, or new plumbing installation.
