We’ll start with a thorough inspection of your water line, which will determine the severity of the damage to your pipes. We can then recommend repair or residential main water line replacement. We use these methods for water line installation and water line repair:
- Pipe Relining Technique – We recommend pipe relining if your pipes have minor damage, like small punctures, cracks, or leaks. We insert a special sleeve into the pipe, and as the sleeve hardens, it expands, repairing cracks, breaks, and leaks. The sleeve seals your pipe and prevents new leaks or damage from occurring.
- Pipe Replacement Technique – We will recommend pipe replacement if your pipes have more significant damage that can’t be repaired with pipe relining. We use a method called the Pipe Pull™ technique. First, we dug a small access hole at both ends of the water line. Then, as we guide the new water pipe in, it breaks apart the old one. Our water pipes resist insects, rodents, tree roots, chemicals, corrosion, leaks, and other mage. The pipe can last up to 100 years.
