Robert came to our home to snake our drain, which was a total mystery. He was very professional and was upfront with the best and worst outcome of our unique situation and the possible services/cost needed to get the job done. Explained in detail every step, took the time to break it down for us so that we understood what was taking place. The job wasn't able to be completed that night but he was back the next day to complete it and was successful. Communication was great, he was very transparent, he cared about us as customers and also that he was able to solve the problem and left our home happy. He is definitely a great asset to the Mr. Rooter team!!

Robert was my technician. He was in uniform and placed a front door mat in front of my door before entering. He put on shoe covers as well. Since my issue was the hot water heater located in the garage he was able to remove the covers. Robert was friendly, professional, and explained/ showed me what my issues were. He gave me options for how to handle the repairs. He was not pushy with product or services to perform. Robert treated me with respect and let me ask a ton of questions. I opted to have him fix all the issues because it needed to be done and all pricing was up front. Everything came with a 1 year warranty, parts and labor. I now feel secure that there will be no more leaking or broken parts. Will use Mr. Rooter in the future.

They came out earlier than expected and figured out the problem we had with our septic tank in no time. Thanks guys

More and more of the plumbing companies are being bought by big corporations but Mr. Rooter is locally owned and operated here. Great owners and managers, that always want to put the homeowner's needs first! Be sure to give them a call.

Jorge and Robert totally got my tenant taken care of in a matter of hours. Super responsive late at night and scheduled the repairs for first thing the next morning. Price was fair and work was done exceptionally well. They even helped arrange to haul off a broken water heater that was just sitting in the garage

I scheduled a water heater flush, but after the technician examined my model it was determined that because of how old it was it would be better not to do the flush, so I could avoid the risk of breaking it. I appreciated the honesty and the recommendations he gave. He was on time and polite while in my home. I plan to have them come back and fix a leaky tub. It was overall a positive experience.

I've been looking for someone willing to come all the way out to near Red Canyon to put in some water access in a remote area for a while. They were very responsive meeting me out there to discuss the project, and they also had it done within a week!

We had a fantastic experience. Our water was leaking from the home filter and we waited two days on a previous company we have used that couldn’t make it out.
