  • “I called several plumbers before finally choosing Mr Rooter Plumbing. The company's fees are more reasonable than anyone else around and they have excellent customer service. Anthony Arroyo was the young man who came to fix our toilet. He was very courteous and he worked very hard to try and fix our toilet. When it was determined that it couldn't be fixed, we decided to have him replace it with a new toilet. We were very surprised that he was able to go purchase and install the new toilet the same day that he came out. The whole job was done very efficiently and quickly. After the job was done, Anthony made sure that everything was left clean and that we were happy with the service. We would definitely use Mr. Rooter again and will recommend them to our friends and neighbors.”

Chris was outstanding in diagnosing the problem and recommending viable solutions. he went through the house and showed me the problems understandably and fairly. What i thought was the problem turned out to exist from another source. He gave me fair quotes and good solutions. Chris and his crew were wonderful and professional in every way.   • “I just want to give Andrew a big thank you for such a professional person. I called the emergency service Thursday night around 8 pm and spoke with a nice lady. She took my info, had a gentleman by the name of Ron contact me a little while later. We spoke in length about how my situation, and he seemed to know my neighborhood pretty well, and what is more than likely the cause. So I asked him to see if they could fit me in Friday sometime and they called just about 9am the next morning and told me they had a time between 11-1 . I work 30 minutes away from my home, so I asked for them to call me 45 minutes ahead so I could leave work and meet the tech there. They did exactly that. Andrew showed up, I told him what was going on, we discussed my options and he got right to work. He placed a floor mat down in the bathroom to make sure to not get anything dirty, and was very careful with the toilet not to damage anything. He told me in great detail what was going on . All the time with a great attitude! Andrew is a great asset to your company and you should be very proud of him. A shout out to Ron also. He too is a great asset to your company. Great job, and I thank you very very much. P.S. I was told to call The Drain Surgeon. I called them first, then called Mr. Rooter. Still have had NO phone call back from them. Call Mr Rooter, they get the job done!!!”

  • “My mom had a garbage disposal installed by Mr. Rooter a couple years back. It is no longer a current model and we needed a part. The service tech Shaleen (not sure of spelling) called me and gave me information on how to get that part. I was able to order it and he offered to install it for free for me as my mother is 90 years old and I am 2 1/2 hours away. They really focus on customer satisfaction and I highly recommend them. Great company and great service men!”

  • “We had a day of problems. Woke up in the morning to no hot water and were unable to revive the water heater. Off to the store we went to purchase a replacement. As is usually the case with these kinds of jobs, it took a second trip to the store for more supplies. Back home, everything got hooked up and we started filling the tank only to find a leaking line. All efforts to stop the leak failed and part of the copper tubing came loose. We don't have the experience to fix this type of a problem and we frantically called Mr. Rooter plumbing to see if they could give us a hand. A very pleasant young man in the big Mr Rooter truck rode in to the rescue as soon as he could. He was able to get everything squared away and we had hot water again before bedtime. Any time we are in or out of hot water and in over our heads with plumbing problems, Mr. Rooter is at the top of our list to call to the rescue!”

  • “I had issues with phantom flushing. Bruce replaced/rebuilt the inside of both toilets (even though I was not having trouble with the second toilet, but it was just as old as the one that was acting up). Since he did both toilets, I was charged just half the cost to do the second one. It was my idea to have both fixed. Since his computer was not working at the time, he quoted me a verbal price and stuck to that price even though once his computer was working properly it turned out he'd under-quoted me. Before he set foot in my house, he put shoe covers on his shoes each time he came in. The office called me after the repair was completed and asked how my service was. I explained that one toilet seemed to have very little water in the bowl today. The office contacted the repairman and within a short time he called me and came back to take the slight kink out of the hose and it is working fine now.”
