We all take for granted the luxury of indoor plumbing we enjoy in most of North America. But have you ever thought of how it's evolved? Early man had no running water - nor sanitation. The Greeks, Romans and other ancient cultures built aqueducts for fresh water, but they still had no good sanitary disposal.
Not until just a couple of centuries ago did we understand the need for good sanitation and how critical portable water was to our health. Today, we enjoy all that, plus the luxury of a myriad of fixture choices. There's a saying that states, "The plumber protects the health of the nation."
Never more true than today!
