They always show up when they say they will, are honest if there if it’s a small fix, and state clearly with pictures for the more problematic problem with price quote up front. “On Good Friday evening, because of a handyman, a broken shower handle left me with no water to the house. I was frantic to have it fixed and called Mr. Rooter about 5:45 pm. Chris had to go out and find a new shower handle setup but even with that, things were fixed within 2 hours. He was very upfront about the potential costs and what he was planning to do.”

“Kevin and Nick were awesome. We had a septic tank buried under a beautiful stone/concrete patio that was not disclosed to us when we bought our home. Mr. Rooter sent Kevin and Nick who located the tank quickly and pinpointed exactly where the lid was buried. They cut through the cement patio trying to leave as much of the stone intact. They did an amazing job setting a riser in the ground and now we can rest easy. They were clean and professional and made a HUGE job look easy.”

“Kevin diagnosed our problem quickly and provided the options for repair. He brought Chris and Justin over to talk about our choices. Chis and Justin did the work which was a 2-day job. They both communicated well about options and what they were doing and listened and considered our input. Their work was neat and professional looking. They kept us updated on their progress and made sure at least part of the house was connected to water for the overnight. They cleaned up before they left. We are very pleased with the work and believe the pricing to be fair.”

“Justin was our plumber. He was nice and respectful and told us what he thought we should do or recommended for our issue. I could tell that he was disappointed because he couldn't fix our issue but he tried what he could and that's why I'm giving 5 stars. If I had to call them back out, I would definitely ask for Justin again. If you have an issue and need a plumber, definitely call this company and ask for Justin if you want an honest, polite plumber. On another note, it was a bit pricey, but I can understand. Plumbing is a nasty job, and they have trucks that use gas, and they have to make sure there equipment up to par.”
