“My experience has been great from day one! David was the tech that 1st came out. Couldn't have been nicer! He was knowledgeable, prompt, and very personable. Derrick did all the work. He was SO kind and respectful. He even restarted the pilot light in my fireplace for me. They drained the water heater in my attic, hauled it off and installed a tankless water heater. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and trust me, they deserve it.”

“Finally! A plumbing company in Charlotte that actually cares about their customers. Mr. Rooter has been here three times fixing contractor level work from the builder in a house that's only 7 years old. We upgraded all three toilets and a garbage disposal. Each visit, William has taken the time to educate us on preventative maintenance to avoid any potential problems in the future, all while training his helpers to do it the right way the first time. Clean, affordable, efficient, knowledgeable and polite. Way to go Mr. Rooter!”

“Had a slow drain kitchen sink other plumber came to clear, instead of clearing the drain they clogged it up completely and said I had to get expensive hydro jet done , Mr. Rooter came and checked it out and had it completely cleared in 30 minutes with out having to get expensive hydro jet. They cleaned up and left me very happy.”

“We came home from vacation and a toilet’s supply line valve had deteriorated. The water (clean thankfully) had flooded through the floor of the bathroom and into the ceiling of the garage. Ryan from Mr Rooter came out within hours of our call and fixed the problem toilet. He also checked the other toilet supply lines and discovered that the valves were deteriorating on those (so it eventually would have happened with them as well). This is our second time calling Mr Rooter. Both experiences have been extremely positive. The plumbers are kind and knowledgeable. The pricing is always fair and I never feel like they are trying to upsell. Mr Rooter is always who we will call for our plumbing needs.”
