Hello, I was having a problem with the bathroom sink it was backed up. I then call Mr. Rooter and requested service. Technician arrives (Johnny Utz} very nice individual explained the details of the service that was taking place. It wasn’t working as planned, then Johnny went back out to his service vehicle, returned with another tool and continued. He then mentioned that if this doesn’t work as planned we would have to set up another appointment. But he’s will continue to work on this blockage. It actually took some time and effort which I was thankful for. He saved me $$ from not having to set up another service. Thank goodness for Johnny! 100-STARS B. Mesa

Wanted to verify there were no leaks with my toilet after having it fixed 3 times. Jason Chivarria, Plumbing Technician, did a thorough check and confirmed the third repair was done correctly and no leaks. He was. Wry courteous and said there was no charge for his assessment. If I have any plumbing issues in the foreseeable future, I will definitely contact him.

main water line from main valve to home broke 6' from street, called at 3pm, tech arrived at 4pm to assess,.back onsite at 9am done at 2. could not have asked for better response and service. landscaping put back like no work was done, had to dig a 3' deep trench. This was my 3rd and different service need. all excellent.
