“We have had an on going problem with a broken pipe that no one could find. It was recommended to us by our pest control company that we have a plumber do a "smoke test." Our normal plumber didn't have the equipment to do it so I called Mr Rooter. In 2 hours a technician named Richard showed up. This guy was awesome. He got set up and performed the test. In 20 min he found the broken pipe that had eluded 5 other companies over the last 3 years. We should have called Mr Rooter first! Even the people in the office were nice and polite on the phone. Thank you so much for a job well done! We will definitely use this company again.”
