“Used Home Adviser to get some action moving on a condo with a blown water hose on washer. Figured to get work done on other items if price was right and time frame was also within my needs. Occupant of condo was out of pocket so time was of the essence. John from Mr. Rooter of the Treasure Coast was on time for appointment with computer and ruler in hand. As each item to be repaired and or replaced was shown he would take notes and ask questions. At the end of the walk thru John excused himself and went downstairs to his truck and within 30 min had a detailed quote that was printed out and easily understood. No promises of extra work under a topic or anything that could be missed. Each item had a title and a full description of the desired work along with the warranty for each item and if it was parts and labor etc. John and his team were on the spot each day with work progressing at a rapid and controlled pace. After the work done on this rental condo I will have team Mr Rooter in my own home to fix some of those problems that I have been living with because I am over the top busy or the fish are biting.
