“Kitchen sink backed up 10 at night, tried plunging and all we got was black ooze. Called Mr. Rooter and another 2 local places, Mr. Rooter got back to us the next morning after 9am and we had someone here and the kitchen fixed by noon. John was incredibly helpful and patient and gave us great tips.”

“I had a previous person clear the clog. If I had used Mr rooter for the job I would have saved 900 dollars. Then the same people said I had to replace my clean out and replace the pipe to the street. I didn’t believe them and called Mr Rooter who was there in less than an hour and I found out that they overcharged me for the clearing the pipe. Mr Rooter sent a camera down and Beau and Dave couldn’t find any problems. Beau and Dave are so knowledgeable and said he couldn’t find any serious problems and told me I didn’t need to fix anything. They didn’t charge me for the camera and they were very informed. Clearly Beau had done this a lot. They are great technicians, straight forward, very reasonable prices and very quick. I will never use any other plumbers. For the entire project they quoted me half the price and it would save me 13,000$ if I had done it with the first service….but Beau didn’t think it was ready. So Mr Rooter is reasonably priced, very informative, very polite and extremely honest. I highly recommend MR ROOTER for all your needs. Beau and Dave are the best. Hooray. Somebody that was honest in this day and age. Really these people are very honest and very good at what they do. Hire Mr Rooter they are the best”
