Rating: 5 out of 5 stars★ ★ ★ ★ ★☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I am so grateful to Mr. Rooter!!! Came home to a backed up sewer system that also involved the shower. I called close to midnight but, they didn't have a service person to send out but, they were able to make an appointment for the next day. They replaced the wax ring, snaked the sewer to the city connection, and cleaned the bathroom floor before leaving. The service person (Mark Jacobs) was very friendly, patient, and gave a great explanation the entire time. I recommend this company for anyone with a plumbing problem.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars★ ★ ★ ★ ★☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Mark (the owner) serviced my restaurant for a line blockage. He not only cleared the sewer line, he replaced a flange on one commode and cleared my slow draining bar sinks without a charge (for sinks and flange). Very professional, was on time, diagnosed problem and resolved it. I will use again.
